1. Introduction

Welcome to TeamAlpha. TeamAlpha is developed by Aung Myo Myat Zaw and operated by Aung Myo Myat Zaw together with two cofounders. TeamAlpha provides an AI-powered automation service that helps users process and transform video content for permitted use, including translation, dubbing, and related media workflows.

By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services, whichever is higher. By using TeamAlpha, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts

To use TeamAlpha, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or create security or abuse risks.

4. Service Description

TeamAlpha is a multi-platform AI automation tool designed to help users work with publicly available video content or content they are authorized to submit. The service may include translation, dubbing, transcription, media processing, and related workflow features.

We may offer free credits for testing or onboarding purposes. Free credits, promotional credits, and usage limits may change at any time without prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights, permissions, and legal authority to submit any content to TeamAlpha.
• Complying with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
• Ensuring that your use of the service does not infringe copyright, privacy rights, or any other rights of others.

You must not use TeamAlpha to process private, restricted, stolen, or unauthorized content. You must not use the service in any way that violates the law or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Services

TeamAlpha may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, cloud services, AI providers, payment processors, and other external systems to provide the service. These third-party services are outside our control and may change, suspend, or limit access at any time.

Your use of TeamAlpha may also be subject to the terms, policies, and requirements of those third parties. You are responsible for complying with them.

7. Payments

TeamAlpha may offer paid services, manual payment approval, or credit-based access. Payment methods may include cryptocurrency and local payment methods available in Thailand and Myanmar, including TrueMoney, Krungthai Bank, Binance, and other supported methods.

All payments may be subject to manual review and approval before credits or services are activated. We may reject, delay, or cancel any payment or transaction if we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or policy violations.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All rights in the TeamAlpha website, branding, software, interface, and original materials belong to TeamAlpha or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for us to process it through the service. By submitting content, you grant TeamAlpha a limited license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store that content solely for operating the service and providing support.

9. Storage and Retention

Processed videos may be stored for up to 7 days and then automatically deleted. Retention periods may change based on operational, support, security, or legal requirements.

We do not use customer content to train models unless we clearly disclose otherwise and obtain any required consent.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. This may include encryption, access controls, and other security safeguards. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Use bots, scraping, or automation in ways that harm the platform.
• Misrepresent the origin or rights status of content you submit.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any user account at any time if we believe the account violates these Terms, creates risk, or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion where applicable.

13. Disclaimer

TeamAlpha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or that all features will always be available.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamAlpha and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date changed accordingly.
